These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this mobile application and any associated services, features, content, or functionality (collectively, the “Application”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as the accompanying Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application.
The Application provides location-based functionality that enables users to determine, view, monitor, and share geographic location information in accordance with user-defined settings and permissions. Features may include real-time location display, historical location review, alerts, notifications, and location-sharing capabilities.
The Application is provided for informational, organizational, and convenience purposes only. It is not intended to function as an emergency response system, safety guarantee, or substitute for professional monitoring or emergency services.
You must meet the minimum legal age applicable in your place of residence to use the Application. Where use by a minor is permitted, such use must occur only with the knowledge, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Application, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication credentials.
Certain features of the Application require the creation of a user account. When registering, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information and to keep such information updated as necessary.
The Application reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account that:

The Application relies on location data to provide its core functionality. By enabling location permissions through your device settings, you expressly consent to the collection and use of location information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
The Application may allow you to share information, including location data, with selected contacts. You retain responsibility for any information you choose to share and acknowledge that recipients may further use or disclose such information outside the control of the Application.
The Application does not assume responsibility for the actions of other users or for consequences arising from voluntary data sharing.
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Functionality, features, and availability may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
There is no guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including software, design elements, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to the Application operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Application without prior authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Application does not warrant that location data will be precise, complete, or current at all times, nor does it guarantee user safety.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or personal harm, arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
Use of the Application is at your own risk and discretion.
Access to the Application may be terminated or restricted at any time if these Terms are violated or if continued use poses a risk to the Application or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, operational practices, or Application features. Updated versions will be made available through the Application or other appropriate means.
Continued use of the Application after the effective date of revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. User-Generated Content, Reporting, and Zero-Tolerance Policy
The Application may allow users to communicate, share information, or otherwise interact with other users (“User-Generated Content”).
The Application maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content and abusive behavior. Users are strictly prohibited from posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, violent, or otherwise inappropriate.
Users are provided with in-application mechanisms to: Report objectionable content or abusive behavior. Block other users from further interaction
When a user is blocked, their content will be removed from the reporting user’s view immediately.
All reports of objectionable content are reviewed promptly. The Application operator commits to acting on valid reports within 24 hours, including removal of offending content and, where appropriate, suspension or permanent termination of the responsible user’s account.
The Application reserves the right to remove content or restrict access without prior notice if it reasonably determines that such content violates these Terms or poses a risk to users or the Application.
